This was a prototype in Unity to test some ideas about a Puzzle Game that involves blocks and some cards.
The game idea is simple, the circle pieces blow up the square pieces from the same color. At the early stage, some special cards bring some greater blocks to the game.
There is also a “shadow system”, that shows the contour of the current pieces projected into the bottom of the play area!

Tweaking the input for different devices

One of the key points of this prototype was to test the input from different mobile devices and PC. It was needed lots of interaction to achieve a great smooth control when sliding and rotating the pieces. Devices with greater DPI scales posed a great challenge.


This prototype helps me validate some game concepts and test the UI inputs for PC and mobile.
